Stop when instructed.
Inner Wing - Step 1:
Start by cutting the 2 pieces of W20 (3/8 x 3/8 spruce) to length (you can leave these pieces slightly longer and then sand to length later). Pin in place.
Place Win Spars W16 and W18 in place. Do not glue yet.
Inner Wing - Step 2:
Dry fit in place all wing ribs.
Remove all ribs, and glue W16 and W18 to W20
Next, glue W2, W3 and W4 ribs in place
Inner Wing - Step 3:
Glue in remaining Win ribs in place.
Inner Wing - Step 4:
Glue in place:
W27, inner leading edge
W46, trailing edge
W68, hinge block
W66, filler piece (2 pieces for each side)
Inner Wing - Step 5:
Build flaps as shown on drawings
Inner Wing - Step 6:
Glue in place W45 and W53
You should be at this stage of the build.
Inner Wing - Step 7:
Clamp flap assemblies in place and sand
Inner Wing - Step 8:
Lay sheeting under inner wing assembly,
then place flap server door W47 in place,
but do not glue in place.
Next glue in place W42 pieces, but do not glue
Them to W47 - only glue them W2 and W3 ribs.
You can also glue in place your paper tubing.
Inner Wing - Step 9:
Using you Razor saw, trim W20 pieces to length.
